Order Cancellation

Refund / Replacement Policy

  • Defect must be reported within 1–2 days of delivery

  • You must provide unboxing video and photos as proof

  • After verification, we will offer either:

    • Replacement of the same product, or

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • No valid proof of defect

  • Product used or missing original packaging

Return Pickup
